Bam Bam Resources Corp. has granted 50,000 restricted share units to each officer and director of the company, for an aggregate total of 300,000 RSUs. The RSUs are valid for a one-year term, and are subject to a hold period of four months and one day expiring on June 20, 2021. The RSUs are governed by the company’s RSU plan, approved by the company’s shareholders on Dec. 2, 2019.
